As a member of the Society you are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend on your behalf. If you wish to appoint a proxy, please download the Proxy Form, fill out, sign and return the attached proxy form as directed by the notes on the proxy form.
Accordingly, memberships registered after that time will be disregarded in determing entitlements to attend and vote at the meeting.
Proxy forms can be be delivered by post to the Society, at Level 1, Aopi Centre, Waigani Drive, Waigani, P.O Box 483, Port Moresby, National Capital District, Papua New Guinea or emailed to: nslsAGM@nambawansuper.com.pg
For the purpose of the meeting, membership will be taken to be held by the persons who are registered members at 5:00pm on 28 June 2021.
